Don't sign up with Ooba Insurance!!!

I registered my claim around the 27th of December 2023..it got approved on 10 January 2024.. Service provider promised to come everyday from that day of approval without showing up or calling. I reported the matter er asked for a change is service provider. I was promise to be contacted and up until now...no one has contacted me and I still have a leaking roof and nothing has changed!!!
