********** experience. My family of 6 have had to evacuate our lounge and dining area completely for more than 2 months while we wait for assessor report from the insurance. We have been calling up to 3 times a day everyday and each time we get told oh assessor about to send report in an hour or we will call you back in an hour with an answer. No one ever calls back. What a joke. Do NOT use this insurance , take your money and avoid you when you have a claim. We are sitting in unsafe house for months now with our kids

And here we are, nearly a month later and still nothing done. I cannot understand what is taking so long. We’ve had more assessors sent to the house and then they disappear for weeks, same as ooba and 4sure does. Absolutely shocking especially as my 4 young kids lives are at risk with the roof as is
