Do NOT recommend this insurance

It has been almost two weeks without an accessor visiting my home to assist with my claim, the first one was sent from a city more than 4 hours away and his car broke down. The second and after that never arrived. If any feedback is received they are full of excuses and promises that it will be resolved, again without anything happening. Cannot recommend them.
