Do not insure with Ooba

What a terrible experience

This is the second claim that Ooba is refusing to attend to. The communication is shocking. After major damage to a roof, 3 weeks ago, we are still waiting for feedback on the claim. The report from the assessor took the better part of a week to be sent through - it was with CLC (claims administrators) for another week and now with Ooba for another - with no feedback or communication.

Would not recommend you insure your home with Ooba Insure!
