Disgusting service from ooba home insurance.

The most useless cover l have from ooba. Called several times to lodge a claim , emailed no response . When l called back because it’s not always convenient to answer no response . Leave a message and we will get back to you but they never specify which year or month they will get back to you . Been trying for the last 2 weeks to lodge a geyser claim but no assistance from anyone . Appalled and disgusted with the level of service . But come every month like clock work the debt order will be deducted , come the new year the increase will follow . No more words left .
