Disgusting service

Pathetic service trying to get my geyser repaired I Have had to call over 20 times now They first send a useless repairer who after being told we have a heat pump geyser still arrives just to tell us he can’t assist,clearly trying to get a call out fee,after which we were told they have to get a specialist in to do the job,no body got back to us once again regarding the specialist coming to repair ,eventually getting my own repairer in,we sent the quote and we were told they would call us to give us the go ahead if we can repair ,and now we still waiting and the repairer can no longer do the job today ,after another call we were told they would let us know Monday !!!!! I can’t believe this is the service offered ,do not use this insurance they do not care!!!
