DISGRUNTLED CLIENT!!!!
we contacted Ooba for a leaking geyser in the garage, a leak in the ceiling and our sagging roof in the lounge. an assessor was sent out, however the geyser in the garage was replaced BUT the leak in the ceiling was never added to the claim and roof was rejected. The contractor have subsequently damaged ceiling when they replaced the geyser and has not fixed this issue 4 months later. My husband then contacted Ooba and again and sent out another assessor, still nothing happens. After numerous follow ups with and Ooba regarding the damaged ceiling in the kitchen and garage that was damaged by the contractor still nothing, the garage ceiling board (a big sqaure piece) has now fallen off and due the damage that was caused by the contractor and still nothing happened. Our other geyser was fixed because it also stated leaking because a little hole where water was seeping through and ceiling was water damaged, we've contacted Ooba to attend to it, and Nothing happened. My husband keeps following up via email and phone calls he gets put on hold then the calls are dropped.
These are a few email communications below:

Dear Claims
Please can you provide client with a claims update.
Client advised that after his claim was rejected Brolink appointed another assessor due to his rejection dispute.
