Disappointing service from Hollard subsidiaries (Ooba)

I am having a bad experience with Hollard's subsidiary Ooba and "CLC".

I do not advise using this provider for your home insurance. 3 weeks ago my wall was struck by storms (3 metres in length broke off). I have to keep calling every other day to find out about progress. The call centre can't give me the consultant for my case's details, understandably, but that consultant never calls back. The longer the delay the higher the risk of a break-in or further damage.

I wish I had seen a review like this before time. Do further research and find higher rated companies to work with.

Reviewer Update
Hi

Have you investigated? No one has contacted me since.

I got a call from Hollard (who underwrite your life assurance but not buildings) to check in and try reach Ooba, but they couldn't. I appreciate them for that.

This is starting to feel like a ****.

If you are going to post a nice message again for PR please first get someone to assist first. People need to know what service you really offer at the point of claim, besides the lovely reviews you get for activating new business. It aids your business model.

I intend to engage the Financial Ombud to help me since no one from Ooba seems to be able to. I worry about the risk of further damage to a partially damaged structure (isn't that a concern of yours too? avoiding related claims?).
