Debit order amount changes without notification or regard to people's budget.

OOBA insure changes the amount of your debit order with your consent. Regardless of the fact that you might not have that new amount in the account, it bounces back and I get charged bank fees. Over the past six years that I have a client they have debited my account for different amounts without consent or thought of your budget.

I was just called by Lamese from Ooba telling me that the debit orders bounced so the system deactivated my insurance, I made payment for the debit orders that bounced back, now they owe me R 1404 but they are asking for seven hundred for reinstatement of my insurance when the payments were not allocated to my account.

The lady who calls is rude and loud. You cannot speak because she doesn't allow you to speak also there is a phone call that she is referring to but I have no recollection of speaking to her about my account. Or cancelling my account, so because of their system incompetence I must be charged on top of my bank charges that was very high.
