Damaged Roof

I sent them an email about the damages that were cause by the hail storm. They never called me to register the claim until i complained then the claim was registered and their agent was sent to assess the damages. when i called to make a follow up i sat in that queue until all my airtime was used up. At this point Im not sure if they will ever come forth to fix what was damaged. My roof is leaking and its only getting worse it is still raining. This is not an insurance company that can give peace of mind. I sent a couple of emails that were not responded to.
