Damage due to geyser installation

I was a client of the above mentioned company since 2021 till 2025 June , they don't have any interest about their clients. I had a geyser installed in my house the ceiling and wall tiles were damaged during the process and I'm still left with a hole in the ceiling and wall with no tiles , this is since February 2025 to date Andi gave them grace since ten till June then I cancelled the policy as they continued with monthly deductions but no service
