I sent an email to cancel my policy 31 October 2025. I was informed 4 days later that I need to give 30 days notice. They took off my premium. Then I got an email that my policy is cancelled. I then received a cancellation letter with no termination date. I was told it was an IT issue and would get the updated letter. Still no letter. I then contacted them to ask why the premium was taken off and premium cancelled with immediate effect after they told me 30days.

I requested a prorata refund as I don't have the benefit of the cover the November 2025 after they took off the full premium.

This is the response I received. Please note that premiums are not refundable upon cancellation and we do not pay pro rata. They cancelled the policy before the 30 days notice now I paid for something I don't get the benefit. This is not the first issue I have experienced with this provider. Shocking how these thieving company is still operational.
