******* Disasterous OOBA

<p>I would advise everyone to DUMP this bunch of ******* B**t**ds right now. Two legitimate insurance claims:- caused by weather and a power tripped geyser respectively. Both refused payment. Why?? Its our fault. Dont ask me to explain that. They find ways to turn it on YOU, the client. Lack of maintainance, an exposed pipe....You name it. Long story short:- I predicted this to my wife when I saw that they sent out assessors (Find a client error) instead of maintenance (Help the client) teams</p>
