CLC Ooba - I reported a geyser leak on the evening of 2 Feb

CLC Ooba - I reported a geyser leak on the evening of 2 Feb. The next morning, before 8pm I already received a call with an update that a plumber would be contacted. The plumber called me just after 8 and then he went to assess shortly after that. Reports were sent to Ooba, the claim was approved and the plumber was back to install yesterday afternoon. I received great service from Nicalin who assisted me from Ooba’s side. Would highly recommend!!
