Claims

I have never in my life experience such a lack of workmanship or unexperience from a company I have loged a claim for about 2 months later they only get back after I showed the contractor the email for what it was for and what he is there for is 2 deffrent things, they turned the claim down I thought by my self they they cant pay out a claim how in this world will this company pay out my house? I cancelled i do have all on email they never stoped to take the premium canselled 2 months later I thought okay maybe by luck while they are still deducting my money premium I might as well try and claim again it's been 2/3 weeks nothing from them it says my status premium is paid so now I wonder they are taking the premium every month cant deliver a service cant even just answer there emails. What a useless unexperienced company am I paying. I see ooba insurance as the most incompeted and not what they say they are. When they want you to join there "team" they mentioned they only there to take money no service from them.
