Claims Always Rejected

This company will go to all lengths to not pay out legitimate claims. You have to wait forever to hear back and then the claim is rejected. Worst customer service ever! Happy to take your monthly fee but not happy to pay out claims. Just so that you are informed they do not pay out claims for power surges (even when caused by lightning) and they also do not pay out claims for atmospheric conditions (whatever that means). They word your contract in such a way that they do not have to pay out any claims. This is definitely not how all insurers function. For example power surges are covered by outsurance (go and have a look at their website). Have cancelled our policy.
