CLAIM SETTLED

Jason McDonald is the reason why I give Ooba 5 stars. I reported the claim and someone promised to send me the claim forms. After a week or longer with no forms, I called again and Jason answered the call. He sent me the forms while we were chatting, after I explained what happened, and advised me on what will happen. He kept me on the loop throughout the claim, TIMEOUSLY, I might add. Even when I had to get more information, I sent it to claims and he acknowledged my emails. Yesterday my claim was settled and, again, thank you Jason. Keep up the professionalism and efficiency. Much appreciated.
