Claim rejection
My claim was rejected on the grounds that the roof was old.i took the insurance in 2016 when I bought my house.hardly three years.abd no one ever care to I form that my claim was rejected until u phoned them after 3 weeks.after I have been sent from pillar to post. This is very bad and it seems as if I'm just a paying stats.this insurance it's a real of.
