Carmelita took her time to explain the insurance policy with us which we were grateful for since there is lots of jargon on the policy document. I also appreciate her time to accommodate us after hours as we’re not always available during office hours. We also appreciate the fact after we accepted the offer, she sent us the final premium with a further reduction in the premium. I’ll recommend OOBA insurance to anyone coz they do offer 5 star service for all and they follow through to the very end! Well done Carmelita!
