Cannot find a plumber and now its my problem?

<p>After my geyser burst 5 days ago and I had to call Ooba myself about 7 times now, I was told I would be called back twice and never was and the phone was put down in my wifes ear by your consultant!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am being told your plumber cannot replace my geyer as a specialist is needed and you cannot locate one for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>How must I first locate a plumber if you cannot and why is this my problem? The geysr can be replaced by your plumbers but at a risk too you, so you rather pay me out so I can take the risk. No! I wont. You guys were quick to sign me up and take my money, now that you must cough up and take a risk you refuse.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been 5 days without hot water now, do what I pay you for and replace my geyser.</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst service ever!</p>
