Cancelation of policies due to poor service

On the 26th of March 2025 I cancelled Ooba bond and Ooba Build. On the 27th of March 2025 I was informed by Ladene Goliath at 17:48 that the debit order will still go off on the 15th of April 2025.I must reverse it or get a refund from bank. I cancelled this due to the poor service that I received. What is the purpose of cancelling it.Took out insurance with another company.
