Breaking-in and Endagering Homeowners Property.

I have submitted a claim with Ooba Property Insurance, and informed Me of the Excess fee of R850,which I didn't have a problem with paying.

Ooba then appointed FIGO to execute the task of a Geyser. FIGO sent -Legeng Plumbing to Replace the Geyser. Legend Plumbing,said they do not work without Excess upfront,I then said to Okay,Let Me inform The insurance. Upon that,The Insurance concurred that,Yes, Excess fee is expected before the Job is started.

I said ,Then let Me get the clarity further,past experiences it was not so,and I spoke to Prosper the Legend Company Owner,who said ,If that is the case,they won't continue with the Job.

To my surprise they had intentionally Disconnected My Geyser and Drained It and Cut the Pipes,and told Me there are coming Out in the evenings and Ooba is Covering Up for them.
