Boundary wall
I am deeply dissatisfied with the service received regarding my recent claim. After a rainstorm caused my boundary wall to collapse and water to flood my hallway, I logged an emergency claim. Despite the security risk of an exposed property, I was forced to follow up repeatedly for updates. My request for a temporary barrier was flatly denied. After 12 days the claim was rejected based on alleged 'pre-existing root damage' and 'poor workmanship.' I have lived here for seven years with no visible issues and these reasons feel like a bad-faith attempt to avoid coverage. I no longer feel protected by this policy and cannot recommend your services.
