I have never seen such fast, friendly and efficient painless claiming in my life! I was very distraught after my entire houses copper pipes were ******. However Ooba insurance provided me with a claim number and a contact email who would handle my case. Mari Schoeman from Brolink was assigned. I emailed her my documents and photo evidence within seconds she had rep**** and requested what was short, I emailed over that and again within seconds she had accepted my claim and sent me a form to sign for funds to be released to me within three working days. What I thought would be a long daunting drawn out delayed process was done and dusted within 5 minutes. I will be looking at moving over all my properties to Ooba and will definitely be recommending Ooba to everyone I know!
