Bad to even worse service

I don't even rate ooba 4sure coz they now really giving bad service. There was a small tornado in Porteville someone my windows are cracked the patio door looze the storeroom blown away .I immediately report the damages "they'll phone me back till now coz I phoned continually yesterday spoke to Ms Mataba till now no feedback. Other people in my area houses wer fixed through their insurances I'm still struggling for a reply.
