Bad service from ooba4sure

I don't wanna rate the ooba 4sure because they don't do as promised.There was a windstorm in Porteville 7 April 2024 ,some of my windows wer cracked,the patio door glass became loose ,a piece of the roof wer blown off,the wendy thst we used as a storeroom was blown away we pick up the pieces now they don't want to composite me...evry month my payments are on time and it's 8years.please assist in this matter.The service provider said they included all the damages in their report
