Bad service from Ooba insurance
Ooba insurance don't even deserve a star. Not even a single star.
I logged a claim in November 2023 I might not be exactly with the dates. Kitchen tap was leaking. They came and removed the sink and the cupboard. Until today the sink is not been replaced to its original place. They left the cupboard in pieces outside. It's been over 2 or almost 3 months we seating without a sink. Just imagine the inconvenience of not having a sink. While waiting for insurance people to come fix it.
I discredit this insurance company. I've sent them a number of emails but they don't even budge. I'm not sure what to do anymore. They don't communicate but what they do they debit the premium from my account every month.
I'm not happy at all. Ooba insurance is just a waist of time and money. I'm so disappointed in them.
