Bad service

Bad service I had 2 bad service from this company that guard risk signed me under. My main sliding door broke and I called them at 12pm to ask for help of replacing the glass, I was told that someone will call me, 2 hours later I call as I said it's urgent as it's my main door, the called me at 3pm to tell me that it's too late for them to get someone to replace a glass. I asked them in time. Then they ask me to find a person to fix today if I can't wait for tomorrow, my question was why am I paying insurance every month if I still need to find people to fix my door. Fitha Smith is the worse person to deal with, she refused to understand that it's December and we have lots of break in at this time, they had no solution and she tells me after 10min that her and her 6 colleagues tried to find someone to help which i don't think it's true. I made 1 call and I found a company to replace it, my so called insurance failed me for the 2nd time. Don't make the same mistake.
