Bad service

brolink Hi good afternoon Firstly i would like to say am very disappointed with the service am getting from obba insurance and brolink I had an issue with my roof leaking so i contacted ooba insurance they had put me on to one of they contractors brolink the had one of they guys come over and look at the place as the roof was leaking water my tenant had complained to me about now brolink and ooba insurance has rejected my claim i had explained to both the parties that its not and existing issue as brolink told obba insurance its and existing problem if it was why would i not claim before its been my 1st time complaining about this issue its either someone does not want to pay i even saw on hellopeter there was another lady complaining about water leaks and her claims was also rejected by both the parties i have been emailing them back and forth and alos on my emails i told them to get someone to call me till now no calls why are we paying insurance on a property when it comes to an issue the insurance company does not like to pay
