Bad service

I have again received the worst experience from Ooba. Put in a claim for damage to my roof which was caused due to heavy rain. Sent numerous e-mails asking for an update, which e-mails have still not been answered. Phoned several times and just been told I need to wait then when Ooba finally responded and phoned me I was told the claim was rejected because the damage was not caused by an insured event such as rain or a storm. The roof was damaged by rain!!!! Just another attempt by Ooba to not pay a claim. What is the point of having home insurance when the insurance means nothing
