BAD SERVICE
Very sad how ooba, take your money every month but when it comes to claims they are full of excuses. my roof started to leak 2 weeks ago, and we contacted ooba the assesor came checked the roof and gave us alot of solutions or what they are going to do. i phoned them now to find out about the claim, they said they will not cover the claim because the roof is old and was not maintained.we painted the roof with waterproof paint a year ago. i'm cancelling this **** building insurance legal *****s
