Bad Service

About a month ago ì can ooba and asked for the copy of my policy as they have deducting a month for1year and few months. Until today I haven't received the copy of my policy I am really disappointed with their service. It's clear that they don't care about their customers. I have heard most people complaining about how bad service is at Ooba now I have experience it myself
