Awesome Service
I would like to Complement Liz Mavronicolas (Hollard OOBA Manager ) for efficiency , availability to help at all times even after hours. Today ,Sunday, she even went beyond my expectations by appointing an assessor to attend to a fire claim within 4minutes of notifying her of this claim. Within 6 minutes assessor appointed by Liz is already on the phone making arrangements. WoW, this is the kind of service most of us would love to spend our hard earned money on. Well Done Liz. I hope Hollard recognizes you as an investment to its success.
