Awesome Customer Service!

Wow! What an awesome experience. My mother was house sitting for us while we were overseas and noticed the geyser was in the process of bursting. She contacted Ooba Insurance on our behalf to get it replaced as we were in Canada. Mari Schoeman took the initiative to assist her and organize plumbers to come and replace the geyser - they came exactly when they were meant to and did a great job. All done in 24hrs! We arrived home able to have a hot shower and I couldn't be happier with the service my Mother received on our behalf. Well done Mari and team Ooba!
