ANY EXCUSE TO NOT PAY - INCORRECT REPORTS

I recently submitted a claim for a huge crack in my garage floor. Ooba sent out a contractor to inspect the situation. He then informed me that the foundation is giving way, which is why it's cracking. I then pointed out a drain in the driveway and simply asked if he thinks it could be that (He didnt even see that) he said, he doesnt think so, but they will send out a plumber to do a leak detection test. The guys did a leak detection test and confirmed there are no leaks and the plumber also confirmed, that the crack is not related to anything pipes or water related, but the foundation. I then received the final correspondence from Ooba to say that the claim is rejected and that they found water and damp in the garage. WHAT A LIE! I've never had water, leaks or any damp in my garage. This is simply a tactic to not pay a claim. This entire process also took weeks to complete. Needless to say, I will be taking my business somewhere else. I shatter to think what will happen, should something serious happen to the building.
