Absolutely shocking service

Ooba service is really pathetic. We have now had two claims in 6 years that they just refuse to pay out as their contractors made assumptions. They never respond to emails and every time you call they cut you off or say they will contact you back and they never do. My last claim is now week three and when I called for an update today was informed that they will not pay out as my pool pump is not covered adequately

Since Brolink took over from Hollard the service level has gone down the drain. No more OOBA for me we are cancelling today and
