A claim lodged with Nicalil for a burst geyser was promptly acknowledged and actioned
A claim lodged with Nicalil for a burst geyser was promptly acknowledged and actioned. Following assessment by the appointed service provider, the geyser was replaced within three (3) hours, including after normal business hours. The response demonstrated a high level of efficiency, professionalism, and service delivery. Outstanding service from Ooba and the installation contractor. Service rating: 5 stars.
