2 weeks without a gate

I ma really disappointed with the service I received from Ooba Insure. My gate motor was hit by lightning 2 weeks ago. This is a security risk as the gate is manual at all time. We speak to the call centre every day being send from pillar to post. Richard who is handling our claim is not returning our calls. I really would not recommend Ooba to anyone. I have been with them for less than six months and I m already shopping for another building insurance company 🚮
