2 months claim still not attanded!!!

Hope this finds you well. Mpho here and I'm insured with Ooba, and I must state that I'm not a happy customer. I pay my premiums every month and I'm disappointed with the service. It's been close to 2 months now since I've put in a claim with Ooba and GS Contractors are telling me that you guys have rejected the claim to fix my roof but they can fix the ceiling. I don't understand how you are expecting me to fix the roof which was damaged by a storm!!! It baffles me to be honest. I need answers and this roof needs to be fixed, it's raining almost every second day and there is going to be further damage that you guys are going to be liable for. If GS Contractors can't fix this roof, then give me the money I'll find someone who will fix this mess. I'm a loyal customer and this is shocking to say the least.
