this has been going on for 3 months now. OOBA is very aware so excuse me if I don't be hold my breath. Take a few minutes to go through the original complaint. You will see what pathetic service you have offered and how you are trying to wiggle out of a claim that your contractors ****** you blind for and I am forced to suffer the consequences of your lack of control over people you employ to represent your brand
