Worst service ever

When buying a house and the agent tells u they r using ooba . TAKE YOUR STUFF AND RUN . They make buying property the worst experience you ever have . Firstly they mix up the buyer and sellser , so the bank thinks there are two of us . And they dont apply to your terms , no they do what gives them the most advantages. I have been waiting for three months and still no results
