Worst service - Don't recommend

Ooba home loan when trying to win you over provide the best believable service that they one of the best once I set the application in motion and handed over to Elaine Adams a senior consultant, the service went drastically down.. to not being kept in the loop, not one phone call I have to send follow up emails for my application progress, I have to send more than one WhatsApp for a reply on my message send a day ago and when asking if I call Elaine she can't take calls because she is in meetings.. never will I recommend this company, I will never let any first time home buyer go through this tedious process with a company that clearly does not treat every client the same.

I regret this and actually wish I decided to go with betterbond, I might as well completed multiple applications myself than have this ****ty service
