Worst experience and customer service

Worst experience and worst customer service. Received and generic email from Andisiwe Balintulo asking to complete an application form and to submit paperwork to complete our application for a home loan.

After multiple emails asking if she has received my paperwork, and waiting for answers I am yet to receive any correspondence back from her.

What’s worse is you can’t get through to their phone line which is given on the email.

I will 100% not recommend using Ooba homeloans.
