Excellent customer service deserves appreciation...I would like to commend Marlyn and Shrish from OOBA on the excellent customer service, guidance and professionalism. You guys were on the ball, keeping us updated every step of the way. You guys calmed us when we were stressed, guided us when we were lost, gone the extra mile to ensure this was a happy milestone for us...buying our first home.
