Will i ever be told whats happening with my claim

Water Damage due to leak, lodge a claim with Ooba which gets sent to Hollard which gets sent to an assessment company who contracts a builder to assess. 4 weeks later still waiting to find out whats going on. Make phone call one to Ooba that gets transferred to Hollard and told they waiting for the report. Make phone call two to Ooba which gets sent to Hollard and told report is still in lady's email who is dealing with my account and she will phone me back. Guess what no phone call, but in the mean time water still streams through my ceiling when it rains and in Joburg, that's a lot of the time. What ******* is this that i cant get any service. Ooba get off your back ends and help me its urgent now. Why else must i pay you people if you dont do what you promise to.
