Very rude bond originator

Will never recommend Ooba to no one. Found a house that me and my wife were very interested in buying. The person handling the sales of the house then took all our documentations to Ooba Bloemfontein. The person at Ooba don’t give us any feedback regarding our application. We basically have to go to her office to ask no to force for feedback and empty promises. We had to tell her to go back to the banks and ask for 100% with a motivation. A certain bank already gave 100% with a very high interest rate and she only concentrated on that one. Complaint about her services to the person assisting us with the house. Got a call from her after that with a very bad attitude, telling me she’s been working with bonds more then 15 years and it is not her fault that we couldn’t pay our debts in the past. She was very rude and had to tell her back to go and do her work, to find out from other banks. She had belittled me!!!! Had to cancel everything with Ooba now taking my business to Betterlife.
