Very Bad Service

I have tried OOBA Home loans, as they specialized in home loans and can get everything done fast according to the website. A couple of times I had called Ina van Schalkwyk at the Welkom branch and asked her for advice and what documentation we need. She was not very helpful, and I did make a list of documentation that I think will be needed. On Monday 27 January, I send her the documentation, then she sends us forms to complete, why could this not be sent to us earlier. On Wednesday 29 January, everything except the quote for renovations was with her. On Friday when I called again, she said that she can submit the application as is, just to get confirmation that we will or won’t get approved for the initial amount. On Monday she called and ask for our personal expenses. On Tuesday, 4 February she called again, because I have forgot to attach the IT34. This lady has waisted almost a week of our time with no submission. So on Tuesday I told her that we withdraw our authorisation to her via email and SMS and we do not want her to proceed with our home loan application as we will do it ourselves. However, our application was pending due to the application that she has done, which we did not know off. On Friday 7 February, she did let us know that the application was approved that she had done. I told her via email and SMS that she has no authorisation to do anything on our behalf and if she does do anything further on our behalf, I will take legal charges against her. Yet, she proceeded to cancel the approved application. I will definitely not recommend an OOBA agent, as they are not fully trained and does not do their best!!
