Useless, dont understand why they exist

I am utterly confused as to why this company exists, my home loan is with FNB through OOBA but im doing absolutely everything. I'm following up on the loan which OOBA has not done once, sending all the necessary documentation to the bank on time, OOBA notifies me almost 2 weeks after the bank told them to send documents, useless. (FNB almost cancelled loan because OOBA takes too long to send documentation)<br> <br> Called OOBA and explained my frustration to which a manager shouted at me telling me \Do you want us to cancel the loan?
