I approached OOBA Home Loans with an online enquiry to assist me with the pre-qualification process to purchase a home. Chelsey Smith, a friendly and efficient consultant based in Cape Town responded to my enquiry. I thought that it would be another vague enquiry answered over a lengthy period owing to her being based in Cape Town and myself in Port Elizabeth.
