In this day and age when great customer service is as rare as a unicorn and we are all jaded by big corporate...today my faith has been restored!!! In July I called Ooba to apply for a Bond on a property...I luckily got through to JEROME JOHNSOHN...the Jerry McGuire of of bond originators...over 3 months he worked with me to finally achieve my unbelievable offer. During this period he sadly lost a parent , which he hardly mentioned. Despite this he made sure I was taken care of and he was professional to a tee, despite obviously being in deep personal pain. He went to credit 3 times and used all his contacts internally and externally to finally close my deal. Ooba is lucky to have him , they don’t make sales professionals like this any more!
